You will find that there are certain meetings that are solely to put down your team members. I remember leaving work being incredibly discouraged some days. Don’t expect a lot of technical support from Germany so if you don’t have an answer by 10am EST, you’re waiting a day. On top of it, they have a ridiculous amount of days off and no back up so you’ll wait long periods of time for a relatively simple answer if you had the training necessary to succeed. The company has had at least one insolvency that I went through. Rumor has it there’s been more. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see another in the near future. Their machines are expensive and the quality is low.

Confusing policies, lack off training and direction, toxic office environment, even more toxic president. Machines are extremely difficult to service, They used to build machines onsite which allowed for hands on experience, but now everything is built in Germany, and quality has gone way downhill. The company provides very little training other than shadowing more experienced employees, most of which are close to or past retirement. You think they would have learned after one of their best employees suddenly died, and took all of his knowledge with him. Yet, they still keep running everything the same way they have for 40 years and refuse to accept change. It's no wonder they barely survived bankruptcy, and are hemorrhaging business everyday.
