Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I am pleased you felt that the Senior Leadership Team lead as well as possible during what has been an uncertain time. Our approach to hybrid is being worked on at the moment and we hope to be in a position to share with the wider business very soon, but I totally agree with your point, one of the few silver-linings to the last year has been the flexibility it has allowed people to work in a way that produces their best work, so we need to be mindful of that going forward!
