      -remote work -save student lives

      Cons

      -underpaid -frequent layoffs -will likely be replaced with AI soon -micromanagerial setup (you will be watched all of the time) -no bonus’, no commission, hardly any raises -main function of the product, very low pay

      - Nimble Organization & Moves Fast (Entrepreneurial spirit) - Crazy Ideas are welcome - Immense Technology Scale (if you want to ever work for Google or Amazon, work here first) - Adjusting to the new competitive climate - Good Pay & Benefits

      Cons

      - Reacted to the post COVID change too slowly and will likely result in flat growth for 1-2 years - Company rapidly generates features and functionality but there are communication and marketing silos that need improvement - Lack of Profit Sharing or Bonus Structure
