Co-Workers are very nice for the most part It's a solid business product just not ran well Could have better opportunities in the future under new ownership

Cons

- Location is horrible. Far away from anything decent to eat or do any activities. - Benefits are very limited and not competitive at all. This includes vacation time, health care, and 401K - Work life seems to be more important than personal time. Expect long working hours for Salary employees. Some hourly employees may benefit from overtime, but the pay per hour isn't very competitive. Most employees would not advice friends or family to work there. - High turn around for employees - Priorities are ever changing based on what the owner's day to day involvement

Since 2013, there has been a lot of positive changes to the employee experience and overall benefits. Our location was selected strategically as a centralized access point for our customers and vendors.

Gagemaker is a truly wonderful company to work for, with a great sales manager who is flexible & understanding and a sales team that is an absolute pleasure to work alongside.

Cons

You may be expected to take on multiple roles and responsibilities, which can be challenging for some but also offers great opportunities to learn and grow.

Too many to list, but here are a few: Nepotism, sexism, racism, self-created drama, untrained and uneducated managers, favoritism, no succession planning, outdated policies, neglect from ownership
