      Cambiaron de administración, trajeron a nuevos gerentes para el manejo de Claro Video y el ambiente se volvió muy tóxico, por estar HO piensan que están disponibles 24/7 trabajar fines de semana y horas fuera de horario laboral, no hay aumentos de salario ni oportunidades de crecimiento. Además de que te dan proyecto que nos has tocado nunca para hacer nuevos desarrollos en tiempos imposibles. Antes de esta nueva administración era mucho mejor si bien no había aumentos de salario, la flexibilidad de horario y la buena organización que se tenía para los desarrollos eran muy buenos, Actualmente no vale la pena trabajar aquí.
