      bossy attitude of CEO don't listen employees and force to seat employee more than working time.

      Pros

      those who are not doing any work they also get the same increment and those who worked hard and give full effort they also get the same increment. so performance is not mattered here.

      Cons

      worst company ever. Top management is the worst most. they have the bossy attitude they think that they know all and treat you as labor. the work load is also very high and they give only 10 to 12 % increment. they force an employee to come on Saturday Sunday and also don't pay for that holiday and even not giving comp off.

      Only salary on time is the positive thing.

      Cons

      No reason at all. Depressive company head. CEO is still on Incharge position, but treating like he is CEO, which is completely wrong. CPO has no skills to manage or lead a team. Very poor performance. He is just enjoying his position that's it. Both CEO & CPO not working for company. CEO is actively involving his daughter for company work including GIPL Company Brochure, which is actually designed by employees. CEO is fond of issuing CIRCULARS and NOTICES, almost daily. CEO is using his personal social information on COMPANY LETTERPAD, which is not ethical or valid. CEO is posting all new orders on company twitter account, through which everybody comes to know COMPANY CLIENT LIST. Many More yet to come.
