      Pros

      Good exposure since you are in one of the biggest sovereign wealth fund.

      Cons

      I don’t know if we are an investment firm or a technology firm with many teams doing the same, and when the bottom line is not clear, things can be messy.

      - Well stocked pantry. - Good brand to have on your resume. - That's about it.

      Cons

      - Intense and long hours(even for corporate services.) Your own manager will not have any empathy about your workload despite clear resourcing issues.. - Common reactions of: What about prioritization and highlighting workload capacity issues?" That doesn't work here - everything is a high priority and be prepared to take on 130-140% of what you can typically handle. - Teams run lean., There is an "always on" culture with little empathy.. Unless you are okay to not "switch off" during your holidays and well deserved AL, suggest to avoid coming here totally. - Recent Townhall was disastrous with our Chief People Officer sharing that she was "dismayed and disappointed" to see our recent Glassdoor reviews. How about listening and empathizing with the feedback and comments of employees...?
