      Tone Deaf Management Abounds!

      Pros

      Large Government contractor has well established prime contracts.

      Cons

      Bloated management with lots of fancy titles and little or no understanding of current open source software trends While on a task order with feuding vendors where GDMS was a sub, the management routinely ignored warnings about a variety of problems. They were afraid of upsetting their government customer with our concerns.

      Pros

      Talent is recognized early and efforts made to direct the employees toward those jobs which improve their skills. Work conditions are comfortable and equipment is the latest.

      Cons

      Nepoltism is a tough challenge to overcome. Those who become personal friends with the bosses get better financial treatment. "Paid Time Off" is treated unfairly.
