Don't work in CS

Pros

You will have some really wonderful coworkers

Cons

CS is an extremely micromanaged environment. The skill level of CS staff diminished after the dept quit twice over after a managerial change. The reality of customer relations is hidden from C-level which causes them to be out of touch and unprepared to manage the company.

Thank you for your review! We agree that we can always improve on communication and have recently implemented quarterly all-hand meetings to ensure better information & communication from our management team. But equally important is the general internal communication between employees on all levels of the organization, and for that we are implementing an internal communication tool.

Extremely unstable—quarterly layoffs have become a pattern due to consistently missed sales targets Raises are minimal or nonexistent, even for top performers Teams are chronically understaffed and overextended, leading to burnout Leadership lacks transparency and fails to address underlying business issues Limited growth opportunities and little to no investment in employee development
