Pros

Great place to work, hard working employees. ESOP shares, and a yearly bonus.

Cons

Designers DO NOT GET SICK LEAVE OR PERSONAL DAYS, We have to use our vacation time when we are sick or just don't get paid for the time we miss. Most of the designers come to work sick.

Pros

ESOP, bonuses, good employees and not located in a city. No traffic, easy commute.

Cons

Management is really poor. Leadership is non existent, unless you call dictatorship a version of leadership. Change is mostly for the sake of change. It isn't helping the customers, employees or the company at large. Deliveries are abysmal, Customers are livid, Sales employees are generally harassed and defeated. Morale is low.

Pros

*Excellent Benefits including profit sharing bonuses, 401k, excellent medical, and dental. *Community driven company which has its heart in Clifton Springs, NY. *Invests in the community and the hospital. *Allowed remote work for most individuals not direct labor during pandemic, as long as the position could still support its role remotely.

Cons

*Hard to grow unless you come from a 4 year college. *Most hiring is done on the outside rather than growing the folks on the inside.

Pros

Friendly people good company, just needs a few changes. Received a check yearly in the amount of $150 for not smoking. Received a Christmas bonus and received profit sharing bonus.

Cons

You have to work 9 years to get 3 weeks vacation. Merit pay increases are pretty much the same percentage, not dependent on your performance.

Pros

Bonuses yearly after ft for a year. ESOP program helps with retirement.

Cons

Pay isn't good enough. Some depts remain antiquated despite technology changes. Management expectations are unreasonable and don't equate with pay. Zero training for anything. Quality department lacking.
