      Pros

      In the short time I have been here I have been made to feel like one of the team, the people are true to the organisations values and I'm very much looking forward to my future here.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I have yet to find one, unless you take into account cakes that appear on a Friday and the effect they have on your health eating habits.

      Company has great ideas and strives to achieve this , need more staff , to help achieve great things ahead . recruitment is at the forefront , this is being achieved.

      Pros

      Working with adults with learning disabilities is a privilege. Everyday is different lots of opportunities. Training and development excellent. Values led organisation. Investors in people award .The organisation is well led and continually strives to be better ensuring people who receive services have the life they choose to live.

      Cons

      The service expects people to work flexible hours. Shifts are person centred around the need of the people so if your unable to be flexible or live out Future Directions values then it might not be the organisation for you.
