If you are person of color or the nationality other than Slovakia, don't even apply for the position
Cons
1) Excessive nepotism 2) Xenophobic treatment to employee from other country 3) Racism 4) What they display on website in actual practice nothing in there. 5) They don't even follow there own guidelines.
