This balance allows you to gain hands-on experience with the entire product and technology stack. The salary is competitive relative to the market, and the office environment is comfortable and welcoming.

Cons

Some work-related pressure at times. The office is a bit cramped and located in a congested neighborhood with limited accessibility. The development language used is not very common.
