Pros

Decent salary that goes far in Poland.

Cons

Always great to work in a place where the EU anti-fraud agency OLAF conducts raids on the chief's office (as happened last month). It happened because Frontex's culture is one of bureaucratic, back-stabbing bullies run by nationality-based networks. If you get the job, collect a good salary and keep your head down - don't expect to contribute the Schengen area security.
