Pros

Front is a small to mid size firm, making it a cozy environment to work in. Even if there are offices throughout the globe, they are connected and work close to each other digitally. The level of expertise and exposure to amazing projects is the biggest perk of all.

Cons

Growth in the firm can be a bit questionable, and the PR could improve, (restricted to NDA's) as well as job titles can help create an internal ladder. But guess that is a challenge and a door for improvement.
