Pros

Working as a front desk host at Frilly Lilly was such a fun time. The team is super supportive and everyone on my team genuinely cared about their guests and job. I learned a lot about customer service and feel really confindent handling any difficult situations at my new job now.

Cons

Lots of standing, which isn't great for everyone.

I had a really great team with really great women. It is nice to be surrounded by nice, hard working women. The tips are good. Management is nice.

Cons

It took a while for me to build my client list and be busy regularly.
