Management is out of touch Owner is barely involved, has favorites They switched wax brands to a crappy one Your schedule is not flexible

low pay, favouritism plays a big part, treatments got moved constantly to other estheticians which left my schedule open which meant i wasnt making money, time off requests was given first to whoever was there first so new estheticians never have the chance to get the days off that they want. the estheticians constantly gossip about each other and it creates a hostile environment and you cant take complaints up to management because its their favourite staff members who gossip.
