Pros

None, I don't realkyfind any. Most of the positive reviews are from probably from management to make sure that their company books good on internet.

Cons

These guys know nothing about the regulatory domain. Its just "hire to fire" sweat shop. Try to join some product development company than this ,if you want to learn about pharma industry

Everything. Freyr Inc. Is US based services company whereas their business operations centre what they call is actually a different company.Named as "Freyr software Services" the company is absolutely different company from"Freyr INC". They source work from American unit though. I'm not well aware of transaction details. The work is pathetic at best. They just give good pay check for experienced (no way experts!) to cover up lack of brand name, work , HIGH attrition rate ( higher than TCS in %) etc. Please mind that YOU DON'T HAVE job security at this company.Also, the company indulges in serious Immigration fraud practices. They send their employees to US on B1/ B2 class visas as they cannot file a H1B or L1 as the two companies are different from one another except for the word FREYR. People are treated as bonded labour.

Pros

They are just lucky to have good people working in the company and they don't care enough to respect them! They pay decent though - but they don't plan hirings well

a. Highly unprofessional attitude of the leadership - They don't tell your last date till the time it is your last date! They don't compensate you for the leaves that you have never taken because of them and moreover, the exit is so unceremonious, that they don't even let you say goodbye to your team b. HR dept is spineless - Couple of people are at the hegemony of the company and the HR only listens to them. If you think that voice of employee is heard, that is really a load of BS c. Objectives are set for the employee to fail - Firstly, they have no idea how to set objectives, when the employee does - they scold, when the employee doesn't - they insult. Even when you show them the results, by the next meeting, the chance is that your Manager would forget the same by the next meeting. He/she would then demotivate and break you enough for you to think that you are a non-achiever d. Unqualified leadership - Literally! no doubt. First of all - the whole company either reports to the owners of the firm or the VPs - right from an associate to a director. Plans and strategy change everyday and there is no concept of using data in meetings to prove a point - only shouting is used and the CEO of the company can only do that! I joined Freyr with a lot of expectations. First 2 months were great and then the coming months were hell - why? Don't know - that's how leadership works. If they have decided that they don't want to work with you, then they would do anything to make you feel like crap!
