Owner is the worst person I have ever met in my life. Greedy and self righteous. Some managers try hard to be good people but the owner has the final say and it is never good. If you question anything with the company or operations you are out! Training is nonexistent. Building is old dingy and no windows!!

They start you at minimum wage and don't give out raises They took away even the 25 cents per 600 hour raise that save a lot gives you They keep adding more and more duties onto your plate but don't give you extra pay They want you to keep cutting hours and run on the bare minimum of employees so the higher ups can pocket the saved revenue There is no growth in the company unless you have a college degree HR is useless and are almost impossible to get a hold of
