      No Pros, Please don't join fresher that company because of Company fired any time to anyone without any valid reason

      Cons

      There Hiring and Firing process, company don't have any project its work only single project at a one time, so the project is unsuccessful everyone is fired from the company.

      Pros

      Not a lot of stress from the managers. Very happy and nice people to work with.

      Cons

      They pay the minimum salary they think you will accept.. Their market is in old technologies (IBMi) so you will most likely not learn or use new technologies. Employees have been suggesting process improvements for years without any changes. Lots of acquisitions, roadmap and vision changes every months without communication to the employees.
