      I left Frequency because it's horrendous

      Pros

      Onsite cafe is lovely, and the ladies that run it are very pleasant

      Cons

      Zero culture, moving of goalposts, sarcastic and unhelpful management, zero support, ruthless (and seemingly random) firing, not allowed to have breakfast in the morning unless you get in early to eat it (!), no clear business plan, constant scrutiny on unimportant matters, 'us against them' attitude from directors towards staff, everybody is miserable, Kiss FM all day every day, the worst place I've ever worked

      don't teach you anything, no communication

      don't overcontrol you so it's good, you can come up with your own ideas(what doesn't mean they will be considered)

      lack of coomunication, low pay, no vision for self-development or promotion or pay rise

      Flexible and accommodating HR team They get on with it

      Cons

      Cramped work-space with no employee culture or pride Goals constantly moving Management expect you to work miracles without any support or vision Some very unpleasant upper management that can be very intimidating

      Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback here. It is disappointing that you feel goals were unclear and that you did not feel supported by managers. We have worked hard over the last year to further improve communication with several initiatives. Good communication and employee/manager relations is very important to us. Feedback from colleagues has been very positive and the majority of reviews on this site reflect this.
