Your supervisor's opinion and expectation of your performance does not matter to your advancement within the company.Each employee has more than one manager, as well as HR. HRis too involved in day to day activities, rather than HR remaining the objective and neutral department. HRdoes not complete thorough investigations into complaints and will side with management rather than investigate the problem. Overtime work is the expected norm, without employee complaint or comment. Too many meetings to talk about what needs to be done. New employee and new product traininng is non-existent. An employee must have the assignment in writing for it to be valid. Expectations of employees performance and job duties varies from management personnel. Vacation and holiday time off is the bare minimum. Email, cell phone and text messages are company property and are regularly perused by management.
