Pros
The work schedule is hybrid (or was when I was there).
Cons
Any of this may have changed since I left the company in April 2026. The company is new to Colorado. We are a very unique city culturally and there are still growing pains to work out. The scheduling manager is out of state, as is the direct supervisor. The office was frequently 80 degrees or above. There was no work shift flexibility whatsoever, even leaving 5 minutes early for public transit was not allowed. Time off required 2 weeks notice, which could make personal schedules difficult. Starting wage is low for Denver. When working from home, during power or internet outages, the company took away PTO to make up for the missed time.
