Pros
Freedom to define role however you want that brings your full business value on board, not just that dictated by a title. Business-technical collaboration across all points of the compass. Decent perks as expected but could be better. Agile startup darting ahead of other consultancies both smaller and bigger as well as newer and older.
Cons
In parlance of today: wall st douchebags. Mistrust by default does reduce risk at the expense of disengagement. Surprises are quite bothersome as they consume valuable time.
