Pros

Fully remote work environment with excellent work-life balance. Supportive and collaborative team, management, and senior colleagues who are always helpful and approachable. No unnecessary pressure or extended working hours, and salaries are always credited on time. Great opportunities to learn new technologies, solve complex problems, and contribute to impactful features in the product.

Cons

As the company is growing rapidly, some internal processes and documentation can still be improved for better efficiency. Occasionally, priorities may shift quickly due to evolving business requirements, but the team handles it professionally overall.

Good learning and growth opportunities. The team is open to feedback and new ideas. Management is helpful and supportive. Compensation and benefits are fair and competitive.

Cons

Nothing as of now. I haven’t found any major issues yet, so I’d say decide for yourself.
