Pros

Co-workers were decent people. But, not worth hooking up with this company.

Cons

Owners, Weiner and goofy dude named Jim are con men not to me trusted. Loud music and bad acoustics inhibit work. Micromanagement. Weiner has a zipper problem. Was sued by a young, gorgeous employee and was paid 300k. Weiner is a lying narcissist little thug. Jim just is there to blow Mitch.

Pros

They'll pay you a high salary to lure you in. Don't fall for it!!! No amount of money is worth what you will endure. Oh and birthday cake and happy hours. Just do yourself a favor and skip the cake, and just go to a real happy hour.

Cons

The most toxic and dysfunctional company I ever worked for, without a doubt. Owner, Steve, is a lowlife who screws over anyone and everyone at the drop of a hat. And Jim, his little pawn? Dumber than a box of rocks. Has no idea how to manage people and instead if you go against anything he says or make suggestions to do things better, he will fire you or try to cut your pay in half. Seriously…. If you’re one of the fortunate ones who gets hired at a high base salary, beware…they will also cut your salary if you’re not performing up to their unreasonable standards. And fast!! Steve gets in a mood lays people off without warning, a month or even a few weeks into their job. For those who leave on their own or get let go, he will try to not pay you just to be spiteful. Everyone here is absolutely incompetent. The email exchanges are so unprofessional. They even had meetings where the CEO passed around pics of body parts that no employer has any right doing. Yes you read that right. And you wanna try to report that or anything else to HR? They will fire you. And they don’t really believe in HR. Steve F. thinks he is exempt and can do whatever he wants. Including inappropriately touching female staff on their shoulders or back and telling them how beautiful they are, right before he brags about his latest spends on his custom suits and matching eyewear from Italy. He constantly made comments to me about why I wasnt married, and said things about my clock ticking. And would laugh and think he is hilarious. All while wandering in checking desks to make sure everyone is there. Get there at 8:01? You will be screamed at by management in front of your peers. ZERO work-life balance. Have the flu? Unless you have a note from a doctor (which isn’t legal…. hello HIPPA!) you better be at your desk working through it. Got the ‘rona? They won’t believe you and would still make you come in. You want affordable healthcare? Wrong place . How about a paycheck that is accurate and on time? NOPE. The systems they use for benefits, timesheets, etc are useless. Regarding the company’s many negative reviews..... People do your due diligence. These are here for a reason. BELIEVE the negative reviews in this case… there’s a reason why this page is so full of them. Do yourself a massive favor and run away fast because there are so many other better options in NYC. If you join this awful company your reputation will be tarnished. They change the name of this organization every few years to escape the reputation they have built. But you can't escape reality.

Pros

Most of the hourly employees who work here are hard working people just trying to make ends meet. They are good people who are being taken advantage of by the terrible ownership of the company.

Cons

There are no good things about this company other than a few Directors and the hourly employees. The CEO is the most disgusting and creepy person I have EVER encountered in a work place. I'm not sure how someone who is that rotten to their core gets away with everything he has. It's sexual harassment to kiss your employees on the lips, its not motivating to verbally assault your sales team in daily meetings, its counterproductive to force people to write detailed descriptions of what they did that day and how much they love you and your company, its unprofessional to include so many smilely faces in your emails to staff and clients. The list is never ending as to what is wrong with this company and the leadership. The amount of HR violations that occur on a daily basis are unbelieveable. Beyond the sexual harassment and verbal abuse that comes from the CEO the company also hires people based on gender, physical appearance, and race. I have never in my life experienced such a circus of crazy people. In addition to all that pay is terrible and unfair, hours are unreasonable, and the benefits are non-existent because the company is not compliant with the Affordable Care Act. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the negative reviews they tell the truth, any positive reviews are written by Mitch himself- he would never trust anyone to write anything nice about him.
