Pros

- Great Work/Life Balance - Can be Hybrid/Fully remote. No RTO.... yet. - Great people - Lots of tech and opportunities to learn - Can excel if you are driven enough

Cons

- Office is outdated. Other offices like London makes Dublin looks like something form the 80s - Company prioritises other departments like Client teams rather than tech - Lack of leadership. Everyone is taking orders form Omnicom now. No independent decisions form leadership. - Lack of vision for tech. Most tech stacks are outdated and past EOL - Dispersed teams. You could be working with people from US/India/Eastern Europe on one team - Slow reviews (last 2 years have seen 6 month delays) and mediacore pay increases - Low pension contributions - HR is non existient
