      Lovely people! Opps to travel

      Cons

      As a marketeer, the business is too own label focused to the detriment of the brand. Poor development opportunities, lack of career progression. Not enough women at the top, felt like a boys club. Bullying occurred from a member of the SLT, nothing done to protect victims.

      Lots of training on offer, not bad pay.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical, sometimes a bit of a dictatorship, no room for progression and no succession paths. Benefits are substandard.
