Decent pay. Acceptable healthcare. Good co-workers.
Cons
Constant reorganizing. Constant cut-backs. All of Upper Management got 6-figure retention bonuses and then laid people off. Toxic Group Leaders. This was a good place to work before it was bought by an investment bank.
