      Pros

      Worked on large and interesting projects. Learned a lot. Good salary & benefits.

      Cons

      Too much travelling, most of it long haul and at very short notice. Extremely high pressure environment with high burn out rate for senior exec's. Work life balance not great. Make sure you jump on the right 'band wagon' or you are just another number!!

      Salary is on time, some managers are ok.

      Cons

      Expects to own your soul for a well below market salary. Hours are long and unpaid. Taking them back is almost impossible due to workload. Taking holidays is the same-always a new deadline. Rarely a thank you or a well done. Taking it's employees for granted.

      Flextronics Ireland drives rapid development and growth in your position. It inspires innovation, creative thinking, self-responsibility, all of which are required to succeed in your job.

      Cons

      This is a very fast paced environment which results in working long, long hours. Each department is very self-focused, this means that what might be important to one team could conflict with the interests of another. This results in a cut-throat environment where the strongest survives.
