A Great Work Environment

Everyone is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand if needed. People work hard to get their work done when needed, and also take time to relax every once in a while. Overall the work atmosphere is great and allows for everyone to grow.

Cons

Some work can be monotonous at times, but that's just the nature of the job.

I started working at Fletcher/CSI after graduating college. Though it was not the field I had studied, I found that by working for a company which deals in many diverse industries has allowed me get a better understanding of the professional world. I found that the work-life balance was very good, with some days being short to compensate for the days I spent doing work after hours. Working at Fletcher/CSI allowed me to gain the necessary skills needed to work in a professional capacity.

Cons

The company is great, but living in Vermont is not for everyone.
