Strong code review culture, clean conventions, real test coverage. You touch supply, finance, growth, ops, CX — rare full-stack-of-the-business exposure. Smart, kind teammates who actually ship.

      Cons

      Pace is real; comfort with ambiguity is required. Breadth means context-switching — focus is a skill you'll build.
