Pros

Nothing worthy, any other company would have the same for more money

Cons

Long hours, overtime with no pay, expect you to do everything even from home or on your holidays, huge turnover, hard to get bonuses and they’re not great for hospitality. So much pressure, awful customers because of the kids meals and discounts. It’s not the same as years ago, awful pay for crew that are expected to do everything and quick, so many unrealistic rules set by people that has no idea how to work in the restaurant…secret shopper program is a scam and it affects your mental health long-term not to say you will destroy your body as well.
