Pros

Not at all. Roots are purely unprofessional so do the employees. The concept is nice but is in hands of the wrong leadership.

Cons

1. Amazingly unprofessional founders. 2. Founders are highly educated from top foreign schools but on a serious note they are unprincipled, unethical, dishonorable, and lack human and professional grounds. A government school professional is more professional than them. 3. Don't have etiquette to speak with their employees. 4. No written policies. They mentally harass their employees by suppressing sudden policies and humiliate in front of others. 5. Fake promises to not only to their employees but also to their CUSTOMERS. Neither the customer nor the employees are satisfied with the organization. 6. Most ex-employees had to seek mental assistance from different psychiatrists, thanks to the environment and yes the - founders. 7. Especially, Mr. Akshay Verma, who seems to be an influential person and a speaker in public appearance is the main plotter behind this all. And another person doesn't even know how to work, yet handling a company. Strange! 8. Mr. Akshay Verma suggests his employees seek a mentor. Indeed, he should because he himself knows they CAN'T BE THE ONE. 9. Most people are designation lover, especially the HR of the company, rather than following their KRAs. And HR is more than a daughter to the founders. Eventually, do not waste your life and soul, not even for a day, by working for FITPASS. You aim to learn, the truth is you may lose your current skills in this horrific and hostile environment.

Pros

Well, they don't have any pros

Cons

Official working hours should be 9 hours, but employees are required to stay for 9.5 hours. Despite the company's tagline being "sitting is the new smoking," they insist on employees remaining seated beyond official working hours.

Pros

Nothing good about this company.

Cons

Working at this company has been a profoundly disappointing experience. Rather than recognizing my professional contributions, the founders relegated me to menial tasks like serving snacks to guests during board meetings, treating me as if I were just an office pantry girl. The so-called Vermas, supposed to evaluate my performance based on my actual job responsibilities, instead focused on trivial matters like whether I had turned off the lights, served guests adequately, or displayed plants properly. Despite constant discussions about mental health in seminars and events, support for employee's well-being was sorely lacking. They always wanted me to spend money, such as buying lunch for their team, and even though I purchased groceries, they didn't even think to reimburse the porter's amount.
