The management from my time employed there, before quitting, was unprofessional and two-faced. There was a large focus on selling, and little to no focus on the wellbeing of the employees. Additionally, the turnover for employees in the Jacksonville location was astronomical and a red flag for the business itself.
In my time there I found several things:
-serving expired products at their smoothie bar
-poorly handling the register
-managers arguing with each other loudly in front of members
-overall disorganization
-a lack of accountability
-managers gossiping about members and employees
The location I was employed at was very similar to a high school cafeteria in terms of employee behavior.
