Pros
End of year bonus and the occasional company gathering was probably the only thing that made it worth working there...not much else.
Cons
Benefits, salaries and inferior products was definitely an issue. Benefits were costly for the employee and salaries were low relative to the amount of work being done. The products offered by the bank were not even close to competitive making everyone's job that much harder to attain company goals.
