      Pros

      First source team is an amazing company to work for. I have been with them for 4 years. I enjoy being apart of this great team. We strive to do our best for our candidates, from talking with them about our full service company to answering questions about our free services. I love working with our candidates on an individual basis and help them with their job search. Getting that call from one of our candidates saying they just accepted a position because they followed our process is the best feeling.

      We really just help people, before I worked here I had know idea how to look for a real job, I found out most people dont either! Hopefully we place the canidate, but at minimum we show them how to be successful in there own search

      Cons

      The worst part of the job is talking with people that are struggling to find a job but are not willing to try a new approach
