Pros
Extremely supportive and kind team. I've only been with the company for a few months, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone is, and how willing to help both other writers are, managers, and other team members. I feel comfortable voicing any questions or concerns I have with others. I also like that the company makes it a point to give weekly "kudos". So far, everyone I've worked with has been very open to feedback as well. I also appreciate the degree of structure at FPS. I know the chain of command, I know which SOPs to refer to, and I don't find myself wondering what I'm supposed to be doing.
Cons
Benefits could be better, like covering health insurance completely, more time off, a home office stipend, improved 401K match, that kind of thing. I've worked for companies of similar sizes that offered those benefits, so FPS is a bit behind in that way. Some of the training packets were a bit out of date, and some were redundant, so they could use a little sprucing up.
