Its not the worst place to work.

Company's direction is all over the place. Fulfilling work culture and work life balance is needed.

Pros
Easy job interview. They order pizza for everyone once per month instead of giving us proper benefits. Bonus is nice but only if you last a year
Cons
Not sure exactly but looks like half the employees are new people quit all the time and management talks bad about them after they leave. CEO is really incompetent and a bit sociopathic run of the mill business exec really. Apparently managers always taking themselves out for fancy dinners but cheap out of us with old computers
