Supportive coworkers. You don’t have to work weekends.
Cons
Having to learn a script. Going into nasty houses. Pretending you’re there for something other than life insurance until the very end. Wear and tear on your vehicle. Charge backs on your paycheck if someone dies or cancels. Dealing with bedbugs in some houses. Going to the office everyday then out to the field. Expected to work over 8 hours everyday. Make sure you keep every lead card they ever give you or they’ll charge you for them when you quit.
