      Flexibility to work from home Some managers actually know what they are doing (many do not)

      It was a laid back atmosphere at first

      Terrible values and ways of doing business in a pandemic. Leadership from NY and Boston came in and stuck their noses up at us midwesterners and kicked out anyone who didn't abide by their messed up worldview. CFO Kevin whats his name once said you have to save the company an amount of money equal to your salary in order to be worth being employed at that salary. That's insane. I should be paid my salary for doing the job I agreed to do. Messed up expectations here from the Wall Street/Boston overlords.

      Good people with potential (could do so much more if not blocked by leadership) & try hard for diversity

      Cons

      Poor salary, leadership poor in communication/availability, + not transparent about bad past deals/finances/initiatives, and has wasted many months being indecisive and direction-less. Positioning to sell the company, making numbers and costs key over capability. Moving the majority of the work offshore to India
