Pros
Getting to meet lots of people working in the Financial Services Sector and helping them to ensure that are treated with fairness and respect. Working with a great team of dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues. Making a difference!
Cons
It can be heartbreaking to hear stories about how some people are treated working in the Sector and especially when they are working in anti trade union employments. Sometimes people are too afraid to take a stand but when they do they are always better off.
