      Low Salary and Bad Workmates

      Free Rice and Coffee Annual Increase Good Manager

      Cons

      Newbie will start in a very low salary. Poor HR Management. There is a bunch of people who bullies everyone who doesn't belong to their group. They have a groupchat in Skype where they will spend their time chatting on working hours. They don't work, they are just there to have fun and make others miserable. They made the working environment very bad for others who are willing to work and improve themselves.

      - Free rice - Some employees are nice - Annual Eval - Some managers are kind and professional - Free food every friday - Free coffee everyday

      Cons

      - Many bully co-workers (too immature) - Some co-workers' task is to BULLY OTHER PEOPLE and just CHAT all the time - Some people bully you just because you're doing your job - Everything will be an issue, toxic people (Haven't I stressed this enough? I've been to a lot of companies and just here in Filam that I encountered such immature people, lots of them) - SSS late payment so the employees cannot apply for any loan - Not Enough PTO - Low salary, low increase - Some managers are immature and have favoritism - YES YES YES to client

      Good benefits (Free rice, Free lunch every friday, Coffee and milk) HMO with 2 dependents

      Cons

      Employer does not pay contributions (SSS, Pag-ibig) for more than a year Loans on SSS are not being paid but are deducted from the salary
