      Non-executive level is top notch.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is highly political and untrustworthy. Leadership lacks clear, consistent communication about strategic objectives and plans. Long-term success of company is at risk.

      This used to be an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Too many new managers that do not listen to the employees who do the job. Managers vs Managers. The new managers want to put their signature on everything and it does not work. It's starting to show!
