Dysfunctional...

Pros

- worked with a bunch of good engineers in Dublin office - got hands dirty with cutting edge cloud technologies - ability to work from anywhere as long as you get internet connection

Cons

- lack of leadership and clear direction - lack of internal communication between teams and offices - management that try to run the company as if it was a toy factory, not software business - lack of planning and constant firefighting - company is not profitable, so be aware where you going to start your new journey! (there were huge layoffs in mid 2016 - technical and business employees)

Pros

Flexible working conditions and good support for remote work. Well established, effective agile development process - pretty chaos-free. Regular social events and team lunches. New CEO has instilled a strong team spirit which had been lacking in the past. Smart, fun people to work with.

Cons

Company still in growth phase, so doesn't have all the Hooli-style perks.
