This is not a reflection of every manager I have had just an overlook over the course of my career. The company does not seem to care much about the input from the boots on the ground actually doing the work there have been Many meetings I have attended where good points and suggestions were brought up that would benefit company and worker alike that were immedietaly dismissed. It seems that management veiws every worker as a number and easily replaceable even if it is a good worker by there standards. As a result of some of what I have just mentioned and other things I won't get into turnaround has greatly increased and unfortunately we are loosing some of our best workers and what were replacing them with is not even close to the same caliber of worker compared to what we have lost if we even replace them at all. It also seems that management is only concerned with the here and now and has no real plan for the future. If taking a job her be prepared for the cart to push the horse I can not think of one product we have put out in my entire career that actually worked the way it was supposed to after launch and many times something will get launched and you are not even aware of it and have no training on how to install or trouble shoot the product.If you can not Handel working outside in all types of weather or having a job where you may have an odd shift and lots of overtime I would not suggest this position. If you can not handle stress well or working with customers I would not suggest this position.

No stock match, tribal knowledge needs to be better shared with the teams.

Biased and outright corrupt management, certain employees in same or similar positions to others are held to different standards with little to no explanation when inquired about it. Outright sexual harassment is just ignored, laughed off, and at least on one occasion even defended by a supervisor. Perpetrators of said sexual harassment are even promoted even though the management was aware of their behavior. If certain managers decide they have a personal dislike for you but know they have nothing legit on you they will try and invent a situation to have you removed from your position. Hyper-competitiveness was welcomed and even encouraged to the point that some employees were outright bullied by others and when reported management did nothing. There was even instance where managers actually facilitated a few employees openly competing with each other for a promotion and it was a disaster for the one female employee in that competition. Work/life balance was abysmal. Management was not understanding at all of employees' life obligations and expected employees to make CCI their main priority over family and other commitments. I understand that HR is generally there to protect the company but certain HR reps seemed to REALLY outright hate the employees to a more toxic level than I have seen with other employers,

Struggling company with frequent layoffs. Senior management tend to have worked up the ladder with no higher education and almost no exposure to other companies. There isn't a lot of forward thinking.

Hard to make commission. Companies numbers are down. They tell you there is good work/life balance; then judge you if you need a day off. Little sick time. No quota relief during times you take vacation. No quota relief on the week they make you go to their sales kick off and have no time to yourself or your customers. Terrible training. Systems are the worst, they use way too many systems, nothing is consolidated and simple to use. No one knows what they are doing. Back end support works against you and not for you. Unprofessional. And inappropriate jokes/comments are okay because “that’s just the industry”

Length of training is extensive.
