Pros
The training you receive is good. Leadership answers all of your questions with real life solutions. They set the tone for the possible rejection you’ll be getting as a Financial Product Salesman, which is good with helping you decide if this career is for you or not.
Cons
This company is not that big yet so I get their hiring system of making incoming employees start from the bottom as BDR’s but the pay was too low for me, a person with an active insurance license and experience.
