      Pros

      Nothing at all whilst I was here. Space is technically very hot, but does not translate into dollars.

      Cons

      -Catty coworkers -The CEO would insult employees behind their backs -the TAM is small, no matter what anyone thinks -Space is crowded -Tech barely does what it is supposed to -so much of the founding team has left

      Pros

      Fiddler has a wonderful team culture, where everyone is given the freedom to make a big difference. The company is in a nascent space (model performance management) within a fast growing area (Machine Learning Operations) full of potential. Working on cutting-edge tech that has not been built before is exciting and challenging. There is a lot of market demand to solve these pain points for machine learning teams. Great company and opportunity!

      Cons

      As with many startups, there is a lot of change, movement, and high demand on employees. Can be stressful to hit tough timelines, while staying nimble to change tactic or strategy based on economic environment and customer needs. Have to be honest with yourself if a fast-paced startup culture is the right fit for your own skills and work expectations.

      -Really smart people. You feel like you are working with the best of the best -Voice and ideas are heard -A lot of room for growth as the company is growing rapidly -Collaborative environment; you pretty much work and interact with everyone -Leadership is open to feedback and implementing your ideas -Feels really exciting to be in the AI/XAI space and that we are working on something meaningful -Very very kind and thoughtful team across the board

      -Very fast-paced at times can be stressful
