      Direct manager was great- and staff in warehouse was amazing-

      Cons

      Consistent repeating of profit over people. Despite sales and ability to do your job, can still be let go to help the bottome line and bonuses for execs.

      Great people from all walks of life work here, great customers (most of the time)

      Cons

      I feel like Ferguson is a trial by fire company & they don’t have a good way to train people. It feels like the only way you learn is from your mistakes. They also do lay offs every year & then are too lean in the busy season (spring, summer, early fall)
