Cons
The issue with this company is that they are structured on an old-school corporate mindset. They need to realize it is 2022 and no longer 1982. It's all about who's shmoozing, and who's relative can get a promotion or upper hand. If you are not related to an old timer, there's a low chance of promotion, unless you have an impressive liquor industry resume. Many of the promotions are based on openings within the sales departments, which are quickly and quietly filled. Due to lack of transparency in promotions, many employees stay in one role for years. It is best to do this role for 1-2 years at most while looking for a mid level job elsewhere. Also keep in mind the delivery/warehouse, sales, and merchandising departments operate separate from each other in this company.
